Executive summary

Lead intake and follow-up is the workflow costing the most time and revenue today. Requests arrive from three channels, but the next action depends on an employee remembering to check the right tool. An estimated 20–30% of qualified leads receive slow or no follow-up.

Highest-impact first move: one tracked intake process inside the existing CRM, with automated reminders and human-approved replies.

Questions

Before you book.

What exactly do I get for $999?

A personalized nine-section report on one workflow, plus the assessment session that produces it and a findings-review call to walk through it. It's a fixed fee and a fixed scope — one workflow, no surprises.

How is one workflow defined?

One end-to-end process — for example lead intake and follow-up, or client onboarding. We confirm the exact boundaries on the fit call so we're both clear on what's in scope before anything is paid.

What do I need to prepare?

Access to talk through how the workflow runs today, and up to three supporting artifacts (a screen recording, a spreadsheet, an example email thread). No slide decks or documentation required.

What if I want you to implement it?

The findings-review call covers three paths: do it yourself with the report, build it together as an ongoing partner, or have me implement it as a scoped sprint. There's no obligation to continue.

Is the assessment fee credited toward implementation?

The assessment is priced to stand on its own as a deliverable. If you continue into an implementation sprint, we'll talk through how the assessment work carries forward on the findings-review call.
