How the four fit together
Most businesses come to us for one of these and end up needing a different one first. That's normal, and it's why the audit exists.
The usual order runs backwards from what people expect. Stack audits come first when the spend is out of control or nobody can say what a tool does. CRM work comes first when the pipeline exists but nobody trusts it. Lead scoring only pays off once capture and follow-up are reliable, because ranking a list you don't work properly changes nothing. AI skills sit on top of all of it, since a skill needs somewhere to write to.
You don't have to work that out before calling. Half the value of the first conversation is being told which of these you actually need and which can wait.
